Sunday School
There are classes for preschool, elementary, middle-school, high school and adults. We welcome everyone to join us at 9:30 AM every Sunday for learning by study and discussion. Please come!

Sunday School classes start on September 13!
 
OSUM Choir
If you love the Lord and love to sing, you are welcome to join our church choir. The regular practice night for choir will be Wednesday from 7 - 8 p.m. Our choir sings 3-4 times each month at Grace. Be sure to check the calendar before coming to practice, however, because some Wednesday nights there is no practice due to other events.



 
Community Thanksgiving Service
There will be a Community Thanksgiving Service at 4:00 p.m. on November 22, 2009, at the Mennonite Church, 1310 8th Street, in Manson, Iowa.
 
Prayer Shawl
You are welcome to join the knitters and crocheters the 3rd Tuesday of the month. Shawls are made and given with a prayer and as a prayer to someone in need. They meet at 9:00 AM for an hour or so. Please come and bring your own yarn and needles. If you don't yet know this craft but have a desire to learn, these ladies would love to teach you. Just show up!
 
Meals-On-Wheels in Manson
Every six weeks, Grace Center is responsible to deliver Meal-On-Wheels in Manson. It is a very rewarding and necessary ministry. If you can volunteer to do this one or several days, please call Doris at the church office, 469-3510.

Service of Comfort
This service is a time for reflection, prayer, and fellowship for anyone experiencing loss, sorrow, pain, depression, addiction, or anything else that makes the holidays difficult. We gather to listen, pray, and enjoy the quiet time set apart in this busy season. At the conclusion of the service, we follow the light of a candle to the church Fellowship Hall for a light supper. Everyone is welcome to attend this service; both those in need and those willing to offer support and compassion. It is organized and led by members of local churches with support of area pastors. Please invite friends and neighbors who might appreciate such a ministry.

Hanging of the Greens
4:00 p.m. Wesley United Methodist Church, Pomeroy, Iowa

5:30 p.m. Grace Center, Manson, Iowa ( A light supper will precede the hanging of the greens.)
